*Please keep in mind that I have not really given this skirt a day of wear. This review is based on how it for when I tried it on.*So here is my review:I bought this skirt to modify a costume to make it more work friendly. This skirt absolutely did the trick. For Halloween I wanted to dress up as Raven from Teen Titans. I knew there would be a body suit, but I figured the coverage and some leggings would make it work appropriate. Yeah…not so much. So I thought “how can I modify this costume to still work?” I looked up the material of the costumes body suit and found a skirt to match. It’s the perfect length and not too tight, and helps to smooth things out. The stretch is good, the tone of black is realistic, and the zipper is smooth as well. 10/10 would highly recommend. It’s also a good standalone piece to make any outfit a little edgy.For size reference and guidance:I purchased a LARGE. I currently a size 10 in jeans, and a medium in form fitted shirts. This skirt is high waisted, so I think mentioning my size in tops would help.Pros:• The waist band is thick and help to accentuate the waist.• The length of the skirt allows for a mini skirt look or pencil skirt look.• The material has a good stretch that seems to hold its shape well.Cons:• none yet because I haven’t worn this skirt beyond just taking a photo. I will update after wearing for an extended amount of time.
