I don't hate it. It's okay for cooler weather if I wear my light fleece lined leggings under it. I don't think I could wear it without them. The inner lining is this stiff kind of satin feeling material. The outside feels like a plastic table cloth. It's really rough and not any kind of soft at all.Other than that, it's cute. It just feels rough and kind of crinkley if that makes sense. I'm 4'10 and it comes down to the tops of my feet.
